Jigmet Dadul

Jigmet Dadul lives in Leh, Ladakh and is the world’s foremost Snow Leopard guide. A native Ladakhi, Jigmet has explored the wilderness that is Ladakh for many years and has built up an extraordinary and unsurpassed knowledge of the Snow Leopard and its habits, so much so that he has been able to start guiding people to the hidden mountains where this near-mythical mammal survives and enjoys a remarkable success rate with sightings.

Jigmet is a skilled all-round naturalist and has a remarkable knowledge of the mammals, birds and other aspects of the natural history of his native Ladakh.
