The Ultimate In Birding Tours

Birdquest Brochure Drawings for Sale

Many of you will remember with affection those huge paper brochures we published during the first 28 years of Birdquest (1981-2009). They were wonderfully illustrated with drawings by Birdquest leaders Nik Borrow and Craig Robson and also by Tony Disley and Michael Hodgson.

We would like to give these beautiful drawings a new lease of life, in places where they can be enjoyed and appreciated. Many will evoke fond memories of past Birdquest tours, that is for sure! Why not frame some of them and place them in a group on a wall?

All the drawings are on high-quality white artboard or card. The landscape format drawings are approximately 18-19 cm wide (and of variable heights). The portrait (vertical format) drawings are about 9 cm wide by up to 24 cm tall.

We plan to use the majority of the proceeds to support ornithological conservation causes and to help Birdquest guides in poorer countries who have suffered particular financial hardship during the pandemic.

The drawings are for sale as follows:

Drawings by Michael Hodgson and Craig Robson at £30 (or $41, €36 or AUD57) each.

Drawings by Nik Borrow and Tony Disley at £50 (or $66, €59 or AUD95) each.

Prices include postage and packing except as follows: £6, $8 or AUD11 extra for a single drawing to be sent to an address outside Europe.

Purchase of 5-9 drawings in a single order: 10% discount. Purchase of 10 or more: 15% discount.

Please contact the Birdquest office if you would like to purchase one or more pieces of artwork on birders@birdquest-tours.com and let us know the species title(s) and artist name(s). Artist names are abbreviated as follows: Nik Borrow (NB), Tony Disley (AD), Michael Hodgson (MH) and Craig Robson (CR). On receipt of an order, we will confirm the availability of the drawings. Please only send payment after our confirmation.
