This beautiful White-eared Bronze Cuckoo was seen well at Dablin Creek during our 2010 tour.
The White-crowned Koel can be enormously difficult to see and so we could hardly believe our luck when we found this showy bird in Varirata NP during the 2010 tour.

Spotted Whistling Ducks can sometimes be found at the PAU ponds. This one is in the company of a Little Pied Cormorant.
This Sooty Owl continues to delight a stream of visitors in the Tari Valley and obviously prefers being woken from its slumbers and gazed at by birders than facing the bows and arrows of the vilagers!
This Slender-billed Cuckoo Dove was photographed on New Britain but this is a commonly seen species throughout the Papua New Guinea tour.
