Grassland Pipit, Malawi
An individual of the dark race lichenya of Grassland Pipit that is one of the species involved in the historical confusion regarding 'Jackson's' Pipit on the Nyika Plateau. However this is still one mighty strange Grassland Pipit that is probably hiding something interesting in its DNA!
